Jim has a broad business background and a passion for exceptional client service developed over a 25-year career focused in technology-enabled business services. His sincere desire to fully understand client needs and concerns and then develop customized solutions to deliver on agreed-upon objectives and targets earned him successively higher positions with a number of leading firms in the procurement and spend management field. Starting in 2002 Jim served as President North America for recovery audit leader PRG-Schultz where he was responsible for running a business providing guaranteed financial recovery results to dozens of Fortune 500 corporations. Immediately prior to joining Brookside Cost Management Jim was part of the senior leadership team at spend management firm NPI where he focused on developing operational capabilities and growing the multi-industry reach of NPI. Jim holds a degree in Economics from Lafayette College in Easton, PA, where he remains active as an Associate Trustee and Chair of the Annual Fund. Jim is also the incoming Board Chair of the Galloway School and a board member of the Carl Sanders Buckhead YMCA.
